“Boogie” is a 6 year old, 14.1 hand, sorrel gelding. He is an own son of Chip's Hot Chocolate, Congress Champion & Reserve World Champion Western Pleasure Horse who has sired World Champions and Congress Champions! He is a good looking horse and loves people. Although not ridden or shown as a youngster. I took him to one open show and he placed third in his class. He took to the ring and the excitement like an old pro! He has a very quiet demeanor, is a gorgeous mover and quick learner. He loves attention yet is amazingly quiet and cute. He loads, clips, trailers and stands for the farrier. I am in college and cannot give him the time he deserves.

Doc's Zippo Maverick (or Maverick around the ranch), is a flashy, rock solid 5 year old gelding. He is home-raised and started by us. He has done everything, from pulling calves to the branding fire to parking cars at large concerts to covering miles of trail. He's been ridden in many horsemanship clinics and has been exposed to many different situations and there is little that bothers him. He is extremely quiet. His quiet disposition makes him an amazing trail horse because he is always willing to go your speed and never asks to hurry. He does not have much show experience but his unique color and "yes ma'am" mind set makes him an excellent show prospect. His dam is a grand champion competitive trail horse currently being shown by an 8-year-old.
We are regretfully letting Maverick move to a good home because this fall one of our daughters is getting married and the other is leaving for college, which creates too many horses for us and not enough riders.
